Vitamin C is very useful in increasing body’s immune system. It improves body’s internal tissue and prevents different cancers. Orange, Grape, Pomelo, Strawberry, Broccoli etc contain Vitamin C.
Sea fish, Fatty fish, Egg, Milk contain a large amount of Vitamin D along with Calcium, Phosphorus, and Minerals. It prevents Postmenopausal Bleeding. Going out in sunlight regularly will prevent Osteoporosis which is a disease of bone.
Vitamin E is an essential element to make the ageing process slower, to keep the heart healthy, to prevent cancer and to keep skin and hair healthy. Nuts, Cod Liver Oil, Spinach, Sunflower Seeds etc contain a large amount of Vitamin E.
